Plain-language rules for using Lynx. Read them before you buy — once you check out, you agree to all of it.
1. Who we are
"Lynx", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operators of lynx.rip and the Lynx software (the "Service"). "You" and "your" refer to the person using the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and us — by using the Service, you agree to them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase or use the Service. If we discover you are underage, we may terminate your access without notice or refund.
3. Your license
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service on a single machine ("HWID") for the duration of the plan you purchased. You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or reverse- engineer the Service. Attempting to bypass HWID enforcement, running the Service on multiple machines simultaneously, or sharing your account credentials will result in termination without refund.
4. Digital delivery, no refunds
The Service is a digital product delivered instantly on purchase. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital downloads. All sales are final; no refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered once a key has been issued or the loader has been downloaded.
5. Use at your own risk
The Service modifies how a video game is played. Using it may result in account bans, suspensions, or other penalties imposed by the game publisher, server operators, or third parties. You accept sole responsibility for any such consequences. We do not guarantee that the Service will remain undetected, and we are not liable for any bans or losses of in-game assets.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee any uptime, availability, or continued support for any particular game version. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime may occur without notice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to (a) target, harass, dox, or harm another person; (b) engage in illegal activity; (c) probe, scan, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure; (d) circumvent our billing, licensing, or anti-fraud systems. Violations result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to authorities.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. On termination, all licenses granted to you end immediately and no refund is owed.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, UNDETECTED, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, OR IN-GAME LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date at the top.
